A new set of image slider/carousel add-ons for the awesome Stacks Plugin are now available for all you RapidWeaver fans. These EZCarousel Stacks make it really easy for you to use images/photographs from your favourite image hosting services whether that is 
- Flickr
- Picasa
- or even 500px

We did not stop at just adding images into a slick carousel slider … we have also integrated lightbox functionality so there is no need for you to add additional stacks, code to make this all happen. 
Again, like all our previous stacks we aim for timesaving when you want to add cool effects to a RapidWeaver Stacks page and we hope you like this new set.

Required: Stacks Plugin Version 1.4 or higher
Flickr: A Flickr API Key and Set ID
Picasa: A Picasa User and Album Name
500px: A User name

Just as we have completed a new plugin release for the ImageWall collection, we have gone back to creating some useful stacks for RapidWeaver. This time round we focus on the rising star in photograhy image community circles 500px.

Our stacks communicate with 500px and pick up the latest images available in your photo collection so these can be added in a snap to your RapidWeaver pages.

Easy Picasa Portfolio Stack : Configuration Options

Each of the stacks have a number of options and controls to configure the color , what album you wish to view and height as well as slideshow speed.

I will not go into too much detail but our online user guides cover all the settings but suffice to say that the real power of these stacks is to use the images hosted in your photo sharing site whether that is Flickr, Picasa or MobileMe.

Portfolio - Preview

1. Play SlideShow and Nav control
2. Main Image Background
3. Thumb navigation
4. Pagination control (max 7 pages)

That’s it super simple and a great looking page effect for your photographs and images you want displayed easily in a RapidWeaver page.

A new Image stack for RapidWeaver Stacks pages designed to show off your Picasa Web albums in style.

Features:

• jQuery and PHP powered (no Flash)
• Show off your Picasa Albums in a funky Image Slider 
• Clicking on a Thumbnail image will bring up the Picasa hosted in a Lightbox / Overlay
• Background of slider is controlled via the Stacks HUD , Gradients supported in IE7, 8 and most modern web browsers that support CSS3 gradients
• Slider width is controlled by the number of thumbnails you want to display we start with a minimum of 3
• Caching of the PicasaWeb album information on your server for fast access to images
